The General Ledger can maintain an unlimited number of open accounting periods. Printing of financial statements can occur any time, even without closing a period. This flexibility produces accurate statements even after making adjustments to previous periods. User-defined column types (i.e. current month dollars, last month dollars, year to date dollars, etc.) allows custom design of financial and departmental statements and ratio analysis. Consolidated statements across multiple companies are available. On-line inquiry into account balances or detail of activity is available upon request. The General Ledger lets you design, report, and inquire on multiple levels for each General Ledger account based on financial needs.
