Management Tools On-line inquiry into customer activity. Automatic aging of invoices determines over-due accounts immediately. Current Receivables are separated from Retention Receivables. Different markup on different cost types within a job for Time and Materials. Billing by job task or by specific billing item is available for unit bid or percent complete items. Automatic invoice generation from Job Cost. Detailed billing history is available for later recall. User-defined fields enable the addition of company-specific information. All billing and cash management functions, whether job-related or general in type, are handled by the NGS 2000 Accounts Receivable module. Time & Material, Contract, and Cost Plus billing formats are user-defined and extremely flexible.
